Zafafi Marketplace

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zafafi Marketplace website and related web experiences at zafafiplanner.com (the “Site”), including wedding planning tools, vendor discovery, quote and lead forms, and optional AI-assisted features.

The Zafafi Planner mobile application has separate terms and privacy documents that were submitted to app stores. Those documents are served at /terms and /terms.html (same content), and at /privacy and /privacy.html — they are not replaced by these Terms.

Zafafi provides an online marketplace and planning layer to help couples plan weddings and connect with independent third-party vendors. Vendors are responsible for their own listings, pricing, availability, contracts, and performance. Zafafi is not a party to agreements between you and a vendor unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

You agree to provide accurate information in forms and enquiries. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to access non-public systems, scrape or overload our infrastructure, or use the Site for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.

The Site’s design, branding, text, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant Zafafi a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service (for example, showing your enquiry to relevant vendors).

The Site and AI-assisted outputs are provided for planning and discovery. They are not professional legal, financial, or wedding-planning advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zafafi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of vendors or other third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
